New Body Revolution

My New Body Revolution has begun!

JUNE 4th, 2010…the day it all began! : )

Today, June 4th, I began a L O N G awaited cleanse. This decision and action is a result of my ‘New Body Revolution’ which began long before today and will continue long after this cleanse has cleansed me! : )

Here you will find vlogs and blogs about my experience as I enter into this journey fully, for all to follow. This ‘New Body Revolution’ is based in the scientific fact that our body is regenerating itself anew ALL the time. Each organ and body system regenerates itself into a completely new version of itself, each on its own perfect timing. Our bodies are naturally made to create a new liver, new stomach, new lungs, new skin, etc and is doing so all the time.

I believe that our consciousness, which affects our choices and habits, is the single most powerful thing that keeps our body regenerating the same way as it always has. Our consciousness is cause. Our consciousness directly affects our physiology and our habitual pattens that, in turn, also also affect our physiology. Therefore, our consciousness has to change…a new groove has to be formed in the way we think about things for physical change to become manifest.

So, here you will see my creating new grooves. while embracing and loving myself….my body….and the journey!
